Prior to working at Rheia Chris held VP positions at MiTek and Wrightsoft Corporation and his knowledge of homebuilding, HVAC and Sales Operations is an asset to Rheia and its customers. Chris leads our team by focusing on a Customer Centric selling methodology and focusing on relationship build and management.

He has worked with homebuilders, architects, and other trades throughout his career to create the best HVAC solutions for a wide variety of applications. He is committed to helping Rheia continuously improve its products to deliver a better HVAC experience to residential construction.

With over 25 years of experience in accounting, controller and finance positions, Lori Onizuka brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Vice President of Finance & Accounting for Rheia. As Vice President of Finance, Lori oversees Rheia’s short-term and long-term financial growth, while overseeing all accounting operations and developing best practices to increase efficiency in our team and processes. Lori holds a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management at Devry University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

He is passionate about developing long-term “win-win” relationships with our valued supply partners.
