Rheia began with a series of pilot homes in early 2020 in Florida and California, then built a series of townhomes in Maryland as part of a long-term monitoring program — eventually adding pilot homes in Indiana, Philadelphia, and Georgia. Other areas followed closely behind and we continue to expand throughout North America. Rheia is now available in 30 states and Canada, and our growth trajectory gains momentum daily.
