Who Rheia Works With
Residential New Construction
Rheia began with a series of pilot homes in early 2020 in Florida and California, then built a series of townhomes in Maryland as part of a long-term monitoring program — eventually adding pilot homes in Indiana, Philadelphia, and Georgia.
Builders consistently face challenges with increasing cost of materials, labor shortages warranty issues due to comfort callbacks. The Rheia air distribution system resolves all three when it comes to HVAC concerns while providing a more energy-efficient system that is cost-competitive.
And Rheia removes the guesswork often created from traditional HVAC systems that are not based on an engineered design. Our systems are balanced with data-backed reports using our Rheia Verify App.
Single Family & Townhomes
More and more builders started to value the benefits of implementing Rheia, and our system is now available in 30 states and Canada, supported by a network of over 25 distributors nationwide, with over 20 Rheia design providers and 150 Rheia-trained installation contractors.
Multifamily & Apartments
Merrill was speaking to benefits of things like reduction of materials and reworking space designs based on the Rheia system taking up less space in the walls and floors… do we have any verbiage that covers this? If not what other verbiage should we use to address this sub-segment of builders specifically?
Build-to-Rent
Rheia is a great option for single family build-to-rent communities, providing consistency of design for the HVAC systems. When entire neighborhoods are built to be managed as rentals, the engineering of the systems becomes an important factor not only during construction, but after the fact for end-user comfort and predictable maintenance.

HVAC Contractors
The Rheia air distribution system offers attractive solutions to some of the most common challenges HVAC contractors face: cost, labor and callbacks.
The innovative Rheia system utilizes fewer SKUs and requires less manpower to install than traditional air distribution systems — which significantly reduces installation time.
Reduced air leakage, coupled with quick and accurate balancing, Rheia’s system minimizes costly callbacks while increasing the productivity to grow your business.
Modular & Offsite
As modular homebuilding continues to gain momentum , efficiency, consistency, and cost control are top priorities for manufacturers. With increasing demand for high-performance homes built in controlled environments, the need for factory-friendly HVAC solutions has never been greater.
That’s where Rheia fits in.
Rheia’s innovative air distribution system is designed with modular homebuilding in mind. Our compact, snap-fit ductwork and fittings are lightweight, easy to install, and perfectly suited for factory-built modules. Whether you’re optimizing for production speed, quality, or homeowner satisfaction, Rheia delivers real advantages on and off the production line.
