Growing Demand Prompts Addition of Experienced Executive to National Account Team
PHOENIX, AZ. (June 10, 2022) — Rheia LLC, an Arizona-based company that manufactures an innovative HVAC duct system, has expanded its national account team with the recent addition of Jon Vance, the company’s new national account executive.
Vance brings nearly a decade of experience to the role, managing relationships over the years in a strategic capacity with single-family and multifamily builders, build-to-rent developers, and officials in the manufactured housing industry. Certified in strategic account management by the Strategic Account Management Association, Vance will play a pivotal role in forming and fostering relationships at the national level for Rheia.

Rheia Accelerates Growth with National Account Team Additions
Rheia’s air distribution technology is designed to improve comfort, reduce installation time and meet updated energy requirements, which will soon mandate the installation of ducts within the air conditioned spaces of homes. The system is in use across upwards of 26 states and continues to gain approval for use in additional states.
Utilizing a home run system based out of a central manifold, the Rheia system delivers equal amounts of air to each room in a home at the same static pressure, facilitating improved comfort and efficiency with the use of proprietary diffusers. Rheia’s system components assemble quickly and securely, without requiring the use of tape or mastic, greatly reducing the chance of any costly leakage.
